The 2014 vintage of Solliphere reflects a year that began early with fast growth eventually slowed down remarquably by a very cold summer. The sweetness of shine in a harmonious blend with the freshness of rain

The possibilities to enjoy this champagne are many whether on its own or with food based on fish, sea food or anything that will combine in a balanced way.

You may discover Solliphere in different versions as we disgorge small lots from the total number of 3.500 bottles. You will find the number of your bottle on the back label, and the various disgorgements in the fact sheet below.

Solliphere is a born pleaser, but we expect it to develop in the years to come as well.

solliphere 2014 dosage etc.

We have made 3.500 bottles of Solliphere in 2014. They have not all had excactly the same development.

The higher the unique number of the bottle, the longer the champagne has spent on the lees in the cave. The lees is what is left of the dead yeast from the second alcoholic fermentation. This particular partnership allows further complexity to develop in the wine. The champagne will be dosed accordingly.

Below, you will find information about the disgorgement and the dosage of your bottle.

Bottles numbers 0001 - 1000:

disgorged June 2018, dosage 2 g/l

Bottles numbers 1001 - 2000:

disgorged February 2019, dosage 2 g/l

Bottles numbers 2001 - 2500:

disgorged October 2019, dosage 2 g/l

Magnum: 50 bottles
